- Health information. Where you become a patient, we collect and retain personal health information necessary to assess and treat you. This is held separately from the website in our clinical record system.

Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to deliver care or where required by law — for example with your insurer at your request, with a referring or treating practitioner with your consent, or with our regulated service providers under confidentiality obligations.
Retention
Clinical records are retained for the period required by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Website enquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable follow-up.

This website uses only essential functionality by default. Any analytics or embedded content (such as the Google Maps embed on our contact page, or the third-party online booking portal) is subject to those providers’ own privacy policies.
