Apti Physiotherapy & Beyond is committed to providing an accessible experience for all patients and visitors, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).
Our website
This site has been built to align with WCAG 2.1 Level AA where reasonably practicable. That includes:
- Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order
- A visible skip link and keyboard-operable navigation, tabs, accordions and gallery
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and ARIA labelling for controls
- Colour contrast that meets or exceeds AA for all body text, headings and links
- Brand orange (#F56A10) is retained on call-to-action buttons per the Apti brand guide. White-on-orange sits at roughly 3:1, which meets AA for large text but not for small text — so no information is ever conveyed by that pairing alone, every button is also identifiable by shape, position and label, and text links use the darker Burnt Orange (#D84A05) for full AA contrast.

Our clinic
Our facility is located at 30 Martha Street, Unit 207 in Bolton with free on-site parking. If you have specific accessibility requirements for your visit — mobility, communication, service animal, or a support person — please tell us when you book and we will accommodate you.

On request, we will provide information about our services in an accessible format or with communication supports, at no additional cost.
Ongoing commitment
Accessibility is not a one-time audit. Every time we add a page or change a component, it is checked against the same standard: semantic structure, keyboard operability, visible focus, sufficient contrast and a layout that reflows without loss of content or function. Automated checks run on every build of this site, and they cover heading order, alternative text, link integrity and structured-data validity.
If you use assistive technology and something on this site does not work as you expect, we would genuinely like to know. That feedback is more useful to us than any automated report, and we will treat it as a defect rather than a suggestion.
