About Apti
The Apti physiotherapy process runs in four measured stages — find the source, relieve the symptom, build resilience, fuel performance.
The Apti method
A source-driven approach is the secret behind the effectiveness of the Apti method. It’s achieved through comprehensive data collection and visual biofeedback analysis that takes guesswork out of the equation.
Accurate evaluation lays the foundation for a smooth recovery. Before anything is treated, we establish what is actually producing your symptoms — and what in your training, work or posture is feeding it.

With the source identified, we bring the pain down quickly using hands-on care so you can begin moving and loading the tissue again. Manual therapy first — then active work to hold the change.

Pain-free is the halfway point, not the finish line. After mobilising joints or loosening tender muscles, the muscles need to be trained to actively stabilise those joints — that’s what stops the injury returning.

The final stage isn’t recovery. It’s getting you measurably further than you were before the injury, with strength testing and incremental improvement work built around your sport.

Why it works
If you’re not measuring, you’re merely guessing — and we leave no room for guesswork.
Full history, movement screen, biofeedback analysis and workload review. We establish a baseline you can be re-tested against.
Your physiotherapist oversees your entire programme through Teambuildr — not a printed list of exercises you never open again.
Re-evaluation and progression assessment after every five sessions, so the plan changes when the evidence changes.
Technology
Our commitment to excellence extends to the technology we’ve invested in to support your rehabilitation. These tools provide valuable insight, helping us paint a clear picture of your progress.
