What you are booking
Time with a practitioner, not a package
Every appointment at Apti is one to one with a registered practitioner. There are no packages you did not ask for and no surprises at the desk. The fee for your appointment type is confirmed when you book, and again before you are seen.
- Physiotherapy initial assessment, a full hour, for injury, overuse, a diagnosed musculoskeletal issue, persistent pain or post-surgical concerns.
- Physiotherapy follow-up, 30 or 45 minutes, progressing your plan and reassessing your loading.
- Registered massage therapy, sixty minutes with a Registered Massage Therapist.
- MSK screening, a full movement and capacity screen with objective testing.
- Prehab gym membership, coached training between your appointments.
Coverage
Insurance and direct billing
Most extended health benefit plans cover physiotherapy and registered massage therapy when it is delivered by a registered practitioner, and we direct bill to most major insurers so you are not out of pocket while you wait for a reimbursement.
- No referral needed to see a physiotherapist in Ontario, though some benefit plans ask for one before they reimburse — check your plan.
- Direct billing to most major insurers, with cash, debit and credit accepted for anything your plan does not cover.
- Motor vehicle accident and WSIB claims are handled at the clinic — call us and we will walk you through it.
- Receipts are issued for every visit with the practitioner’s registration number, ready to submit.
