After a knee or ankle injury, most people stop limping long before their legs are working equally. The body is efficient at hiding a weak side — and a difference of fifteen or twenty percent between legs is almost impossible to detect by feel.
ForceDecks are two independent force plates. You stand, squat, jump or land on them, and each plate measures the force that leg is producing thousands of times per second. The comparison between the two is where the useful information lives.
This matters most at the point people usually get hurt again: the moment they feel fine and return to sport.

Testing takes a few minutes. You step onto the plates and perform a short set of movements — typically a quiet stand, a squat, and a jump or hop, depending on what we are assessing and what stage of recovery you are at.
Your results appear immediately. We show you the number for each leg, the gap between them, and what that gap means for what you want to get back to. Re-testing later in your rehabilitation shows the gap closing — or tells us the plan needs to change.
